Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Registered Nurse to join our hemodialysis team as a team leader. As a Charge Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day direction and supervision to assigned direct patient care staff, promoting positive public relations with patients, their family members, guests, physicians, and coworkers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Function as the hemodialysis team leader, providing direction and supervision to assigned direct patient care staff.
  • Patient Care: Provide high-quality patient care, promoting positive public relations with patients, their family members, guests, physicians, and coworkers.
  • Scheduling: Work a flexible schedule, including 3 to 4 days per week with rotating Saturdays.
  • Requirements: Meet the following requirements:
  • Current RN License: Possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Nursing Education: Hold an Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing, or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) degree, or a three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program.
  • CPR Certification: Maintain current CPR certification.
  • Dialysis Experience: Possess dialysis experience.

  • Compensation: Receive annual raises significantly above the industry standard.
  • Time Off: Have paid time off accrual calculated based on recent dialysis experience.
