Job Summary
We are seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to join our team at Coastalgrand. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, sales, and promotions.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment, supporting colleagues and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
