Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Utility Costing Specialist to join our team at M. O'Herron Company. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, and benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, and bonus opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, excellent communication skills, and experience with construction management software.

About the Role
The Utility Costing Specialist will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for underground utility projects. Key duties include reviewing and analyzing plans, specifications, and site conditions to accurately estimate project costs, utilizing specialized software to create detailed estimates and track project costs, collaborating with construction managers and project managers to ensure estimates meet project requirements, and managing and controlling project budgets to ensure projects are completed within budget.

Requirements
To be successful as a Utility Costing Specialist, you will need at least 5 years of experience in construction estimating or a related field, a proven track record of preparing accurate construction estimates, experience with construction management software, familiarity with cost control principles and procedures, knowledge of construction laws and regulations, and proficiency with applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe product suite, etc.
