POSITION OVERVIEW
- Prepare grilled and fried items in accordance with Parkhurst's high standards
- Set up, clean, and maintain the grill area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace
- Monitor the quality, flavor, and temperature of all food items
- Engage with guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Adhere to the cleaning schedule and uphold proper hygiene practices
REQUIREMENTS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand and walk for the entirety of the shift
- Occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs, and frequent lifting of up to 20 lbs
