Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute a variety of menu offerings, including starters, main courses, and sides, adhering to established recipes and guidelines.
  • Cook and grill food items according to specified methods, temperatures, and portion sizes, ensuring optimal flavor, texture, and presentation.
  • Comply with stringent food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling, storage, and labeling of ingredients, cooking foods to safe temperatures, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Set up and stock workstations with all necessary supplies and ingredients prior to each shift, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
  • Monitor and manage cooking times to guarantee that each dish is prepared and served promptly, coordinating with other kitchen staff to maintain a steady flow of orders.
  • Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet the restaurant's quality standards regarding taste, appearance, and portion size.
