Job Summary
At Intelligent Staffing, we are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality outpatient rehabilitation services in patients' homes. This role requires a licensed Physical Therapist with a Master's degree in Physical Therapy to evaluate and treat patients in their homes, develop individualized therapy programs, and provide supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in the delivery of patient care
• Evaluate and treat patients in their homes, focusing on restoring and enhancing their performance
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to address patients' needs
• Adhere to department schedules and timely document patient care
• Promote a safe environment and make referrals to other disciplines as needed
• Adapt treatment plans based on patient progress and provide education on chronic disease management
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans, including therapeutic exercise, functional training, and manual therapy

Services Provided
• Therapeutic exercise, including aerobic capacity conditioning, balance coordination, agility training, and more
• Functional training to improve patient performance and mobility
• Manual therapy to enhance patient comfort and range of motion
• Airway clearance techniques and integumentary repair and protection
• Use of electrotherapeutic, physical agent, and mechanical modalities to promote patient healing
• Health and wellness education to empower patients to manage their conditions
• Falls assessment and interventions to reduce fall risk, and case management in the home and community
