Job Responsibilities

As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for utilizing echocardiograms to capture images of patients' hearts. In various healthcare settings, including hospitals and outpatient centers, your duties will include:

  • Preparing patients for echocardiograms
  • Operating ultrasound equipment
  • Processing images for interpretation by radiologists and physicians
  • Managing patient records

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of recent experience in a relevant setting
  • ARMDS or CCI National Certification
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • Current state license (if applicable)
