Job Summary

We are seeking a highly reliable and independent Security Associate/Warehouse Clerk to join our team at ResourceMFG. This is a 3rd shift position, working Monday through Friday from 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of clerical tasks, including opening, stamping, and distributing Bills of Lading and other inter-office transportation materials.
  • File and retrieve materials as needed.
  • Collect data for standard reports and operate standard office equipment, such as copiers and fax machines.
  • Perform basic Microsoft Office activities, including sorting and filing in alphabetical, numerical, and chronological order.
  • Operate photocopiers and computer printers.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse or office environment.
  • Prior forklift experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to sort and file in alphabetical, numerical, and chronological order.
