Job OverviewNino Salvaggio International Marketplace is seeking a skilled Popcorn Associate to join our team at our St Clair Shores location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate handling, stocking, preparation, and display of all necessary products.
  • Prepare high-quality popcorn in accordance with Nino Salvaggio guidelines and recipes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers and offering assistance as needed.
  • Utilize knowledge of store layout to assist customers in locating products.
  • Understand and communicate product knowledge, including quality standards, prices, varieties, and preparation methods.
  • Handle damaged and spoiled products in accordance with company guidelines and assist in controlling waste.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company grooming and dress standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Availability to work mornings, nights, and weekends necessary.
  • Ability to work with all products and food items in the department.
  • Ability to use knives, box cutters, mixers, and balers as needed.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move 50 pounds.
