Position Title:
LPN Nursing Supervisor - Outpatient MAT/SUD Recovery

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 4:45 AM - 1:30 PM

Role Responsibilities:


The LPN Nursing Supervisor is accountable for overseeing patient care, streamlining workflows, serving as a resource for the nursing team, and providing leadership in an outpatient addiction recovery setting.

The LPN Nursing Supervisor ensures adherence to professional nursing standards in alignment with clinic policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:


- Ensure compliance of the Medication Room with state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and clinic policies.

- Supervise daily nursing operations and staff activities.
- Assign staff duties, create and update schedules for providers and support personnel;

- Oversee and evaluate the performance of nursing, technical, clerical, service, or maintenance staff within the clinic.

- Ensure that patient medical records comply with clinic policies and applicable laws at all times.
- Review medical records for compliance.
- Oversee quality assurance initiatives and adherence to operational standards.
- Participate in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Promote continuous improvement in workplace safety and environmental practices.
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new personnel.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience required
- Experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder, or addiction recovery settings (inpatient or outpatient)
- Familiarity with medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
- Experience with IV blood draws
- No history of alcohol or drug misuse for at least three years prior to employment

Licenses and Certifications:
- Current LPN license in the state of Florida.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
