About the Role

As a Pool Bar Server at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional customer service and ensures a positive dining experience for our guests.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Pool Bar Server. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide top-notch service to our guests.

The estimated salary for this position is $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Take guest orders, serve food and drinks, and collect various forms of payment in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Adhere to state liquor laws and perform regular running and closing duties, including side work, set up, maintaining station cleanliness, and end-of-shift tasks.
  • Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
  • Promote positive guest/employee relations and ensure prompt and discreet notification to management of any concerns or observations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with a minimum of one year serving experience in a high-volume casual dining environment.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Able to communicate effectively with guests in English.
