Position Overview: The selected candidate will report directly to the Vice President of Integration, who specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions and training methodologies. This role may require minimal to moderate travel for new office development and to assist in training new personnel from acquisitions. Candidates should be adaptable to schedule changes with a minimum of one week's notice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing tasks such as scanning, emailing, and faxing
  • Data entry and management
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Redtail CRM
  • Providing training and resources to newly acquired employees
  • Traveling to new office locations for development as needed
  • Assisting in the creation and execution of Integration Plans
  • Acting as a point of contact for M&A projects
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned

Compensation: The starting salary for this position ranges from $40,000 to $50,000 annually, depending on experience. Candidates should have:

  • Experience with data entry and handling sensitive information
  • A background in the financial services sector
  • Experience with our Broker Dealer, LPL Financial
  • Relevant education in finance, financial certifications, or securities licenses

Incentives: There is a bonus opportunity available for each completed Merger/Acquisition, which varies based on involvement and performance, with potential bonuses starting at $5,000 annually.
