We are currently seeking a qualified Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner who is bilingual in Creole to join our multi-specialty healthcare team in Brooklyn, NY. This role is ideal for new graduates looking to start their careers in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments.
- Document patients' medical histories and presenting symptoms.
- Develop and implement patient care plans, contributing to ongoing treatment strategies.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Monitor and manage medical equipment.
- Diagnose health conditions and formulate treatment plans.
- Administer medications and therapeutic interventions.
- Identify changes in patients' health status and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and engage with patients' families.
- Educate patients and their families on managing and preventing health issues.
Qualifications:
- Active New York State License.
- Board Certification required.
- Bilingual proficiency in Creole.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $120,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- 18 days of Paid Time Off (PTO).
- 5 days of Continuing Medical Education (CME).
- 8 holidays plus 1 floating holiday.
- Malpractice insurance coverage.
- Monthly stipend for Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, paid bi-weekly.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, offering a balanced work-life environment without weekend shifts.
