Department Head

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Department Manager to join our team at Big Y. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

• Operate within Company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the store.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize computer applications.
• Must be 18 years of age.
