About the Position

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain regional or functional national security issues and developments.
  • Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence requirements.
  • Focusing on network analysis to support Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), counter proliferation, counter-improvised threats, CWMD mission support, CWMD capabilities support, CWMD partner support, and nuclear enterprise defense.
Requirements
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of concepts involved in specific functions outlined in the labor category description.
  • Knowledgeable of and demonstrates ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
  • Demonstrates ability to work semi-independently with oversight and direction.
  • Demonstrates ability to use logic when evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information.
  • Demonstrates understanding of interpreting analysis, including its meaning, importance, and implications.
  • Demonstrates ability to defend analytic judgments with sound, logical conclusions and adapt when presented with new information, evolving conditions, or unexpected developments.
