Nurse Practitioner

OMNI MANOR INC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at O'Brien Memorial Health Care Center in Masury, OH.

We are looking for a skilled and caring Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support our residents in achieving their optimal health and well-being.

• Admit new residents and conduct ongoing assessments of their physical and mental health
• Explain procedures and treatment protocols to residents and their families
• Plan and manage patient care according to each patient's needs
• Interview patients and record their medical history and physical condition
• Obtain patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration
• Provide routine care for patients, including wound care and administering medications
• Review medical charts and communicate with patients and their families
• Assist physicians and registered nurses with patient care and treatment
