About the Role

This Clinical Care Assistant position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients. Working closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals, you will provide exceptional care, support, and compassion to those in need.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide basic patient care, including vital sign measurement, personal care, and hygiene
  • Act as a liaison between patients and nurses, reporting changes and concerns
  • Maintain accurate and precise documentation of patient care
  • Participate in hand-off reports and mobilize patients using therapeutic transfer techniques
Education and Experience

To be successful in this role, you must have completed one of the following: nursing aide training program, STNA State Tested Nurse Aide, CNA Certified Nurse Aide, or completed a nursing program with clinical rotations. Recent experience in acute care, physician's office, home health/hospice, or long-term care facility is also preferred.
