Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive information about Homecare services to potential patients.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient needs.
- Collaborate with the Director and Nurse Manager to ensure effective patient admissions.
- Utilize advanced clinical skills to manage various healthcare situations.
Qualifications:
- RN-Registered Nurse license from the Board of Registration in Nursing (Massachusetts).
- Proven experience in pain management and critical thinking.
- Strong ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and well-developed documentation skills.
- Proficient in computer usage and teaching methodologies.
Work Schedule:
This position typically requires 4-9 hour shifts during weekdays, with weekend and holiday responsibilities on a rotational basis.
