- Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with departmental learning objectives.
- Assess and grade students' work in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in Student Learning Outcomes Assessment (SLOA) Process.
- Attend Professional Development workshops and trainings to enhance teaching skills.
- Communicate effectively with students and college staff.
- Master's Degree in Fine Arts or a related field.
- Preferred Qualifications: Two or three years of teaching experience at a community college.
