About This Critical Care Nursing Role

This Critical Care Nurse position is available at a top-ranked medical facility in Northampton, Massachusetts.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Critical Care RN to provide high-quality patient care in the ICU. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of recent acute care experience and be certified in ACLS.

  • Evaluate and monitor patients in the ICU setting.
  • Provide direct care to patients in life-threatening situations, documenting and providing physician-directed care.
  • Assess and implement patient care plans, delegating tasks to other healthcare providers as needed.
  • Offer education and support to patient families, addressing long-term care needs.
Skills and Qualifications for This Critical Care Nursing Position
  • Current RN licensure in the United States.
  • At least 1 year of recent acute care experience.
  • ACLS certification.
