In this role as a Quality Assurance Specialist IV supporting the Cardiac Ablation Solutions team, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing returned products. You will conduct thorough investigations with minimal supervision, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and create detailed reports based on analysis results.

The Cardiac Ablation Solutions division focuses on developing life-saving therapies and solutions to enhance patient care. This position requires onsite presence five days a week.

A Day in the Life

Key responsibilities for the Quality Assurance Specialist IV role include:

  • Execute product inspection and testing plans for bio-hazard products.
  • Identify failures, determine causes, and gather objective evidence.
  • Generate product analysis reports.
  • Assist in developing procedures, processes, and tools for product analysis.
  • Collate information from various sources to conduct thorough problem analysis.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this role, ensure your resume includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Preferred experience in the medical device industry.
  • Familiarity with FDA and EU regulations, as well as industry standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
