Job Title: Mobile Tire Technician

Tesla is seeking an experienced Mobile Tire Technician to join our team. As a Mobile Tire Technician, you will be responsible for performing apprentice-level inspection, repair, and service of Tesla electric vehicles. This role involves daily travel within the region, as directed by the Mobile Tire Dispatch Team.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform equipment inspections, adjustments, and certifications
  • Maintain records of time, expenses, materials, and cleanliness of vehicles
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
  • Support other Mobile Service Technicians and Tesla Service Centers as needed
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of methods and techniques in the maintenance and repair of vehicles; trade school training/ASEs preferred
  • Hands-on experience mounting and balancing tires and tire repair
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public and multiple internal stakeholders
