Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Houseperson/Housekeeper to join our team. As a Houseperson/Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our resort's rooms and public areas, ensuring a high level of quality and service for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Room Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of rooms to identify any discrepancies or issues, reporting them to management in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work Orders: Complete work orders as needed, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and in accordance with company policies.
  • Room Attendant and Houseperson Duties: Perform Room Attendant and/or Houseperson duties as needed, including cleaning, laundry, and other related tasks.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training Room Attendants as needed, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties to a high standard.
  • Guest Service: Respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner, providing exceptional service and ensuring that all guest needs are met.
Working Conditions:
  • Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with holidays and weekends required.
  • Compensation: $17.00 per hour.
