  • Manage phone inquiries and provide responses to university-related questions.
  • Organize and maintain documentation related to campus programming.
  • Assist in the coordination of university-wide events and activities.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

  • Must be a degree-seeking student enrolled at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
  • Eligibility to work legally for up to 20 hours per week in the United States.
  • Proof of federal work-study award is required.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with university processes and systems.
  • Proficient in general computer skills, particularly in Google Office Suite.
  • Understanding of social media platforms.

Compensation:

Hourly wage: $11.00
