Tree Climber

Joshua Tree Experts is seeking an experienced Tree Climber to join our team. As a key member of our tree care crew, you will be responsible for ensuring safe tree operations, maintaining equipment, and communicating effectively with clients and public near the job site.

• Communicate effectively with crew leader and coworkers
• Maintain a professional image and provide excellent customer service
• Delegate work to Groundman Operations Specialist
• Maintain vehicle and assigned equipment
• Follow company safety culture and understand ANSI standards for Tree Care Operations
• Be available to work at least 40 hours per week
• Understand and operate aerial lift equipment

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of experience in tree climbing
• Valid driver's license
