Cabinet Installation Technician Wanted

Kitchen Tune-Up is recruiting a skilled cabinet installation technician to join our team in the Central New Jersey area. This position requires the ability to work independently, maintain a clean workspace, and communicate effectively with project managers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Arrive at job sites on time, dressed appropriately, and adhere to project manager instructions.
  2. Focus on delivering high-quality results, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  4. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
  5. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Necessary Skills:
  • Ability to drill for hinges and install doors, drawer fronts, and roll-out trays in cabinets.
  • Prior experience in cabinet refacing is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent color matching skills are essential.

Compensation Package: Competitive annual salary, $50,000 - $70,000, based on experience.
