Geriatric Psychiatry Opportunity in Alabama

We are seeking an Adult or Geriatric Psychiatrist to join our team of healthcare providers. As a primary care psychiatrist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
This is a unique opportunity to customize your career experience by choosing from various locations throughout Alabama and Mississippi. You can select from outpatient only, outpatient with nursing home rounding, or nursing home rounding only roles. Additionally, you can choose between full-time and part-time schedules as a W-2 employee or 1099 contractor.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable caring for all ages and have a strong interest in therapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy, child and family therapy, behavioral management, and dialectical behavior therapy. Other services include anxiety treatment, depression management, dual diagnosis treatment, EMDR, medication management, interventions, play therapy, trauma counseling, mindfulness, rational emotive behavior therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and psychotherapy.
You will be part of a thriving independent practice with over 80 healthcare providers covering six hospitals, nine outpatient clinics, and nearly 200 long-term care facilities across Alabama, Tennessee, and Mississippi.
- Competitive base salary: $300-340k D.O.E. & Location
- $35,000 sign-on bonus
