About the Job

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in casino operations. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of table games and be able to use word processing and spreadsheet software. Leadership skills, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage the casino floor and gaming activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent customer service.
  • Supervise and motivate team members to resolve daily issues and maintain high levels of productivity.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels and assign tasks to meet business needs.
  • Monitor financial asset performance and protect gaming assets from loss or damage.
Requirements
