Our ideal candidate will possess expertise in electrical systems, demonstrating the ability to interpret wiring diagrams and effectively diagnose, repair, or replace components such as seat recliners, headliners, window regulators, instrument clusters, and HVAC systems.
In addition to electrical work, technicians will conduct suspension and alignment repairs, ensuring that all maintenance and repair orders are executed efficiently and in line with dealership standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs.
- Communicate mechanical diagnoses and necessary repairs in a clear, non-technical manner to service advisors and customers.
- Engage in continuous learning through formal training sessions to stay updated with evolving automotive technologies.
- Inspect and evaluate new vehicles, documenting findings to facilitate necessary repairs.
