Position Overview

This role is pivotal in steering the creation and enhancement of AI-powered products, leveraging expertise in prompt engineering, natural language processing, and machine learning to deliver groundbreaking solutions. The position demands collaboration, creativity, adaptability, and strategic planning to thrive in an agile setting. You will oversee all facets of the product, from conceptualizing the vision to supporting and managing it, ensuring the successful implementation of AI functionalities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Product Ownership roles, with a solid grasp of various agile management methodologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Articulate and develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and market demands, utilizing AI technologies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to collect, prioritize, and refine product requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with user expectations.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it highlights the most valuable features and enhancements, ready for execution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, designers, and marketers, to convert requirements into actionable tasks and guarantee timely delivery of high-quality AI products.
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, development teams, and other relevant parties, providing regular updates on progress, milestones, and potential risks.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess product success, monitor performance against objectives, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and experimentation.
  • Lead sprint planning, product release schedules, and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.
  • Evaluate value, develop use cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure focus on high-value work aligned with product strategy.
  • Conduct market research and analysis, understanding user needs and the product roadmap.
  • Coordinate communication across all IT and business areas.
  • Ensure adherence to all internal controls and policies, as well as effective systems change management.
  • Stay updated on AI and machine learning best practices and emerging trends.
  • Inspire and build a strong team committed to delivering their best, adhering to best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in a Product Manager/Owner role.
  • At least 2 years of experience focusing on AI and machine learning products.
  • Demonstrated success in a leadership position responsible for delivering software development projects within technology services or software product companies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex business and software requirements clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working directly with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product needs.
  • A desire to thrive in a fast-paced, success-oriented team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects.
