Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $44,400 - $55,580 per year, which translates to approximately $875 - $1,065 per week.

Job Description
A Regional Van Truckload truck driver plays a crucial role in delivering goods across the Eastern 37 states. With a high volume of freight, you will have predictable power lanes and consistent dispatching in advance, allowing for improved planning. The job offers 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight, ensuring maximum drive time and less downtime. You will be driving within the Eastern 37 states, enjoying weekly home time and the flexibility to balance work and personal life. To succeed in this role, you must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

All-Encompassing Pay Packages
Your compensation will include all facets of the exact job you do, providing you with a comprehensive pay package that reflects your hard work and dedication. This includes mileage pay, hourly pay while on duty but not driving, and weekly performance pay. We also offer a sign-on bonus of up to $4,000 for experienced drivers and up to $2,000 for inexperienced drivers, paid orientation, paid time off after six months, and six days of holiday pay per year. Plus, earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year as an annual bonus.
