Key Responsibilities

  • You will conduct and provide expertise on professional, scientific, or technical tasks related to engineering or architectural initiatives, facilities, structures, systems, processes, equipment, materials, or methodologies.
  • You will engage with various building mechanical systems and subsystems, showcasing your proficiency and innovation in crafting solutions pertaining to building heating, ventilation, air conditioning, controls, plumbing, and utility systems.
  • You will offer counsel and direction to management, colleagues, and stakeholders on specific technical and constructability issues related to mechanical systems. You will be expected to technically justify and advocate for your concepts and proposed solutions.
  • You will take on the role of Project Leader or Project Manager for small to medium-scale projects, potentially guiding a team to devise solutions for intricate technical challenges that may be contentious.
  • You will develop strategies utilizing insights from related projects to address a range of unique technological challenges.
  • You will act as the primary contact for designated projects, creating plans and delivering both written and verbal updates to various personnel regarding project progress, technical challenges, timelines, and financial considerations.
  • You may be called upon to provide training and mentorship to other team members.
