The Registered Nurse plays a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and leading the nursing team in assessing patient health problems and resources. As a member of the CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical nursing care and interventions to a designated patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in the planning and implementation of the nursing plan of care.
- Provide technical nursing care and interventions to a designated patient population.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the functional and developmental needs of patients aged 18 and above.
Requirements:
- One year of experience in a similar role.
- Louisiana or Multistate RN License.
- BLS Certification.
