We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Critical Care Nurse in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
Job DescriptionThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate nurse to work in a fast-paced Progressive Care Unit environment. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and deliver individualized patient care to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to relevant healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications as ordered and maintain accurate documentation.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 coverage as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid RN license in the state of New Mexico.
- At least one year of experience in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting.
- ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- An estimated salary range of $145,000 - $170,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
