Reservoir Caretaker

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reservoir Caretaker to join our team at Spanish Fork City. As a Reservoir Caretaker, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of our reservoir and campground facilities.

• Patrol facilities and check buildings for security
• Enforce facility rules and respond to requests from citizens for assistance
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including raking and dragging the beach area, cleaning sidewalks and stairs, and maintaining the cleanliness of the fish cleaning station
• Make general repairs to buildings and facilities as needed
• Collect campground payments and verify that campers have paid
• Post reservation signs for the campground and pavilion
• Open and close the gate at the reservoir

• Must be able to meet attendance and punctuality requirements for this position
• Must abide by all city policies and procedures
• Must work well with others and be a team player
• Applicants may be required to submit to a criminal background check and fingerprint report
• Must have a trailer or camper to live in while on duty
