At Aspen Dental, we prioritize our patients' needs and provide a supportive environment for our team members to thrive. As an Operations Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient service with compassion and care, adhering to company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the dental team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Consult with patients on treatment options, verifying insurance payment and collection.
  • Supervise and reinforce daily tasks and priorities for the non-clinical team.
  • Review data daily to evaluate the impact on the practice.
  • Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
  • Verify insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits, and credit card processing.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking and a premium on leveraging data.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
