Position Overview

The Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families through the implementation of a care plan. This plan is based on the patient's physical, psychological, and socioeconomic needs, as well as physician orders regarding care, treatment, and education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and evaluate patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide coordinated care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Requirements

  • Education - Diploma in Nursing or Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
  • Licensure - Registered Nurse licensure required
  • Experience - 2 years of nursing experience or equivalent required

Work Schedule

  • Shift - 7am-7pm
  • Weekends - Every third weekend
  • Call - Not applicable
