Job Description

**Job Summary:**

Cross Country Allied is seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in a travel position. As a travel OTA, you will have the opportunity to work in a skilled nursing facility and provide high-quality care to patients who are ill, injured, or disabled.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the direction of an occupational therapist
  • Assist patients with daily activities and provide education on the use of OT equipment
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the occupational therapist
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to patients

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of recent experience as an occupational therapy assistant in a skilled nursing facility
  • Degree in a relevant field
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • Current state license
