Postdoctoral Researcher in Bioinorganic Chemistry

We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Scholar to join our team in the Hochbaum Lab at the University of California, Irvine. The successful candidate will have a strong background in bioinorganic chemistry and bioelectrochemistry, with experience in protein purification and electrochemistry.
Key Responsibilities
The Postdoctoral Scholar will be responsible for conducting research in the field of bioinorganic chemistry and bioelectrochemistry, with a focus on the biochemical and charge transport properties of cytochrome polymers. The candidate will also be expected to contribute to the development of new research projects and collaborations.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a Ph.D. in a relevant field of biochemistry, structural biology, chemistry, or engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong research background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
