Key Responsibilities:

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proficient understanding of electrical principles and engineering methodologies.
Ability to accurately interpret and analyze schematics is crucial.
Proficient use of laboratory instruments (multimeter, power supplies, etc.).
Strong computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with connectors, terminals, wiring, and circuit protection systems.
Knowledge of standard serial communication protocols (RS232, RS482, RS422, ARINC-429, etc.).
Experience in reverse-engineering processes.
Understanding of both AC (single and three phase, 60-400Hz) and DC electrical systems.
Must be capable of obtaining a security clearance as required by contract obligations.

Educational Background and Experience

Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline from an ABET accredited institution, with a strong preference for Electrical Engineering.
A minimum of eighteen (18) months of direct experience in LSI, or two (2) years of relevant engineering experience.
Familiarity with CAD software is preferred, with AutoCAD experience being an advantage.
Previous military avionics maintenance experience is a plus.
