Job Description:

The Material Handler will be responsible for transporting materials, supplies, and finished products to designated locations within the manufacturing plant. This role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Transport and load materials, supplies, and finished goods to designated locations
  • Move production jobs to the next operation per the job traveler
  • Comply with all safety regulations and requirements
  • Perform additional duties as needed, such as running the media blast machine
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to drive a forklift
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks daily
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Must be extremely reliable and dependable
  • Must be a team player

Work is performed in a manufacturing plant environment, which may involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and safety hazards. Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
