Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Winnsboro, SC. As a W2 contractor, you will have the opportunity to work in a nurturing educational environment and make a meaningful impact on the lives of students.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine students' occupational therapy needs.
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to enhance students' functional abilities and independence.
- Deliver direct therapy services aimed at improving students' daily living skills.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school staff to support student achievement.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to setting and achieving educational goals.
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Occupational Therapist license in South Carolina.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere for students.
