Manufacturing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Manufacturing to join our team at Groupe SEB. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing operations, ensuring the highest levels of quality, efficiency, and productivity.

• Lead and manage a team of production staff to achieve business objectives and production schedules
• Develop and implement strategies to improve communication, safety, quality, and efficiency
• Monitor and control production volume, scrap, rework, efficiency, and quality performance
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with union labor representatives and employees
• Develop and implement actions to continually improve operational performance

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree or MBA preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of leadership/direct managerial experience within a manufacturing environment
• Continuous improvement experience
• Knowledge in rolling, stamping, or machining preferred
• Working experience in a union environment
• Strong computer skills
