Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
  • At least 2 years of experience in refrigeration and HVAC systems
  • Physical ability to climb ladders, navigate stairs while carrying heavy items, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency with small hand tools such as drills, grinders, and saws
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain kitchen, laundry, and pool equipment
  • Oversee maintenance and programming of HVAC systems
  • Repair interior and exterior finishes
  • Test and maintain building emergency systems
  • Ensure safe operation of all electrical and mechanical rooms
  • Implement lock-out tag-out procedures as necessary
  • Maintain refrigeration systems and all electrical and gas distribution systems
  • Specify and order necessary tools, parts, and materials
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on all equipment
  • Ensure safe working practices among staff
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
