Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced and charismatic individual to lead our restaurant operations during peak hours. As a Shift Supervisor, you'll:

  • Oversee restaurant operations in the absence of a manager
  • Inspire and guide your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Complete daily paperwork to ensure seamless operations

Key Responsibilities

As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading daily shifts and ensuring seamless operations
  • Managing inventory and maintaining accurate records
  • Completing daily paperwork to ensure compliance
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm

Working Conditions

This role requires:

  • Standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Reading and writing in English
  • Basic computer skills

Compensation and Benefits
