Speech Therapist

At Della Infotech, we are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to lead our team in providing exceptional care and services to our residents in a long-term care facility. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities, and to decrease aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities
• Lead, guide, and direct the delivery of speech language pathology and audiology services in the facility
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, standards, and established facility policies and procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and services to residents

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in Speech Therapy - Required
• TX License or compact - Required
