Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of patient care in an outpatient clinic setting, working within the scope of licensure as a registered nurse.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet the physical, psychosocial, educational, and spiritual needs of patients and their families.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Assume responsibility and accountability for the quality of nursing care rendered, maintaining professionalism and adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest best practices and evidence-based guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Montana RN license.
  • Current Healthcare Provider CPR Certification.
  • Current ACLS certification required for RNs who perform procedures (e.g., dobutamine stress tests, conscious sedation, etc.) and must be obtained within 9 months of employment.
  • Successful completion of the PEARS (Pediatric Emergency, Assessment and Stabilization) course to be completed within 9 months of employment if treating pediatric patients.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Four 10-hour shifts.
  • Monday - Friday.
