Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Automotive Disposition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the disposition of raw materials, finished products, and trade goods, ensuring a smooth material supply to customers through timely and accurate delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Disposition of raw materials, finished products, and trade goods
  • Ensuring a smooth material supply to customers through timely and accurate delivery
  • Continuously monitoring performance and creating and reviewing forecast quantities
  • Checking delivery calls for compliance with framework conditions and highlighting any deviations and, if necessary, objecting
  • Notifying deliveries to freight forwarders and parcel service providers
  • Creating and sending delivery documents and packing orders
  • Organizing special and individual transports

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in material coordination or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
