Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech-language therapy services to students, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and collaborating with educational staff and families to support student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-person speech-language therapy services to students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results and student needs
  • Conduct assessments, create IEPs, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support and enhance student goals
  • Document therapy sessions, student progress, and outcomes accurately
  • Educate students, parents, and school staff on communication strategies and techniques
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Washington
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong understanding of speech and language development and educational strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
