We are seeking a highly skilled Conductor Trainee to join our team at BNSF Railway. As a Conductor Trainee, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of freight across our vast network.

• Operate and maintain railcars, locomotives, and other equipment to ensure safe and efficient train movement.
• Monitor and report on train conditions, including speed, clearance distance, and any potential hazards.
• Communicate effectively with other crew members and dispatchers to ensure smooth train operations.
• Perform switching functions, including operating track switches and derails to change train routing.

As a Conductor Trainee, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, wind, and precipitation. You will also be required to work at heights, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to work safely in extreme weather conditions.
